Our Thermostatically Universal Ovens are double walled and the exterior is constructed from mild steel finished in powder coated paint. These are available with various options such as air circulating fan, electronic digital indicator cum temp controller an instead of l shape thermometer.

• Double walled, exterior is constructed from M.Steel finished in powder Coated Paint.
• With glass wool insulation between two walls. Inner wall made of Aluminium / Stainless Steel. Heating elements are placed in ribs of the bottom & sides for uniform heating having temp, range 5°C above ambient to 250°C .
• Air ventilator adjustable fitted on both sides provided with L shape thermometer fixed at front of the oven . temp, is controlled by thermostat with an accuracy of ±1°C fitted with main switch, pilot lamp, temp, controlling knob and supplied with perforated shelves and working on 220V 1 phase 50Hz A.C.

We offer a wide range of Water Baths for Marshall Specimen Moulds of which, the exterior is constructed from mild steel finished in powder coated paint inside chamber made of stainless steel. These are available in various sizes as per the clients’ specific requirements.

Bath for Marshall Specimen Moulds Exterior is constructed from M. Steel finished in powder Coated Paint inside chamber made of Stainless Steel. Temperature range up to 100 deg. C. Thermostatically controlled fitted with neon lamp, indicator, and main switch to work on 220V 1 ph. AC.

Accelerated Curing Tank Bs 1881-111

• The Tank has been designed to accommodate 150 mm/70.6 mm cube Moulds & fully insulated, complete with hinged lid, heater, Digital temperature Controller & Circulated Pump.
• Provision of two removable racks allowing free circulation of water around each Mould. The pump, drain valves and electrical equipment are housed in a compartment located at one end of the tank.
• The tank is heated by immersion heater under normal conditions the Temperature is controlled at 35deg.C or 100 deg.C. +-2deg. These Tanks are available in various sizes. Curing Tanks are also available with cooling arrangement.

C grooved refractory type, working temp. 900 deg.C heating is done by embedded heater run around the chamber & controlled by Energy Regulator, the outer body is made of thick mild steel duly painted. With our immense domain expertise in the industry, we have been able to offer a wide range of Hot Plate with rectangular top 250 mm x 300 mm fitted with digital controller-cum-indicator. The vacuum pump offered by us mounted on a base plate and is fitted with vibration free and noise less fraction H.P. motor with an ultimate vacuum of 0.01 mm Hg / 0.005 mm Hg. The column displacement for single and double stage pumps respectively is fitted with vacuum gauge with regulator, moisture trap, belt guard cord and plug, To work on 220 V. A.C. 251ts. /min. & 50 Lts. /min.

Our range of Point Load Test Apparatus is equipped with four column adjustable crosshead frame and a hand operated hydraulic jack. The machine has a capacity of 100 KN and gauge fitted with the app. is of 200 mm dia. Apart from this, we also offer B.O.D.Incubator with built in voltage stabilizer, temperature range 5 deg. to 50 deg.c. with an accuracy of ± 0.5°C. controlled by digital temperature controller cum indicator which cut off automatically either heating or cooling system when the ambient temperature increase or decrease from the set temperature of the chamber.

• Point Load Test Apparatus
• The apparatus comprises of Four Column adjustable crosshead frame and a hand operated hydraulic jack. Pressure applied by the jack extends the piston carrying the lower conical point. The upper point is fixed to the crosshead with a scale to indicate the distance between the conical points. Pressure is indicated directly as load on Pressure gauge. Capacity of the Machine 100 KN. Gauge fitted with the app. is of 200 mm dia.

• Double walled, outside made of mild steel, epoxy paint, inside made of stainless steel, 2 air circulating fans, with glass door inside, outer door has magnetic gasket, lock & key, door operated illumination, perforated adjustable shelves made of wire mesh for better air circulation of air in the chamber in lieu of shelves made of sheet metal, Eco-friendly CFC Free refrigerant.
